The year 2020 marked the 25th anniversary of our wonderful neighborhood. Prior to its development by Future B Homes, River Glen was farmed as Royaldel Farms (named for the Royal Anne Cherry then being harvested) from 1924 to 1995. Owned by the Chase families, first by Chester and Veda Chase and later by Rodney and Jacquelein Chase, with the major agricultural activities being the raising of cattle and hogs, harvesting cherries, flax, walnuts, filberts and mint. All streets in River Glen are named in recognition of the history, geography, and topography of this farm. There are presently 170 homes in River Glen. Our residents include Mike and Lori Butler of Future B Homes, and Rodney and Jacquelein Chase, who sold this land to the Butler family in order to build quality homes for a reasonable price. In 2020 we celebrated the efforts of the founders who have made River Glen the most desirable place to live that it is today.
